Policies, Terms and Conditions

 

By submitting your registration/payment, you are agreeing with all of the Policies, Terms and Conditions.

Submission of the registration is binding, and all course fees are non-refundable unless a

cancellation request is submitted and received by Pool Operator Training.

Registration and Payment: 

  • Admission will only be granted to those individuals who have registered and paid for the class prior to the first day of class.  

  • All registrations must include the registration form, filled out completely with a home address and ALL contact information, (including an email and cell phone) and payment.

  • Online and mail in registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received.

  • The registration form and payment (check or PO) must be received together (or PO’s received via email), at least 21 days prior to the first day of the course to receive the Early Registration fee.

  • Mail in registration during the Late Registration period, less than 21 days prior to first day of class, may not be accepted. Registration must be made via credit card on our website or with company P.O. 

  • Registrations made during the Late Registration period with payment of the “Early Registration” fee will require payment of the balance, per person, prior to or at the first class. 

  • Registrations will not be accepted less than one week before the first day of class.

  • Walk in registrations are not permitted.

Insufficient Funds:

  • Registration(s) accompanied by a check that is found to have insufficient funds will not be accepted (i.e. student(s) will not be enrolled into the class until payment is received).

  • Any registration submitted with a check found to have insufficient funds will need to be resubmitted along with another check for the course fee plus $50.00 insufficient funds fee.

Cancellations, Refunds and Credit:

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the first day of class will be entitled to a full refund less $100 for materials (handbook and study materials).  If you need to transfer to another class, just e-mail Pool Operator Training at info@pooloptraining.com, or call us at 716-830-8865.

  • If you find you need to request a cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the class should plan on sending another person or transferring to a future class.

  • Cancellation of a course by Pool Operator Training is something we certainly wish to avoid.  Should this happen, you will be permitted to transfer to a future course.

  • Online course codes are not refundable. There are no exceptions.

 

Mailing of Books:  

  • The textbook, along with other information and materials necessary for preparation of the class, will be mailed to all Early Registrants following the close of the Early Registration period.  

  • Late registrations may not receive their handbook and materials in time for class and therefore will be available at the class. (While some companies may not ship the books ahead of time, we feel it is imperative that you get them prior to the class so that you may spend time in preparation for the course. Please register as soon as possible.)
