My name is Michael Piciulo, and I spent 37 years in the aquatics industry holding positions from lifeguard to Aquatics Director--the latter managing upwards of 150 staff across five facilities at nine pools.
Since 1989 I have taught pool operator classes, bolstered by my own “real life” experiences which can be of value to anyone from maintenance staff to administrators.
